Picture the perfect, peaceful simplicity and timeless charm of a reinvented beachfront cottage directly on Cape Cod Bay – then book it! You have a 180-degree, panoramic water view which serves as the stage for breathtaking nightly sunsets over the bay. During the day, relax as the kids frolic on the private beach and in the gentle surf, and at low tide, safely roam the “flats” with sandbars and tidal pools full of fascinating discoveries.
Other fun things to do include riding the nearby bike paths and visiting Wellfleet Village, less than a 20-minute drive away. There you'll find plenty of allure in the shops and restaurants, so go early in your stay – you may want to return!
Outdoor living space at the cottage includes a good-sized stone patio plus a balcony deck. The patio features a dining table and chairs, where you may want to serve most of your meals. There's a gas grill and a wood fire pit, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower.<br>Inside most of the main level is open, very social common living space, including the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. The kitchen is fully remodeled and totally equipped. Granite counters and stainless appliances such as the gas range make meal prep easy and enjoyable. Adjacent to the kitchen there's seating at the indoor dining table for six, plus counter seating for two more at the kitchen peninsula. The comfy lounge seating area features a wall mounted TV. You have sweeping water views from all of this common space.<br>There's one bedroom on the main level. It offers two twin beds. There's also a full bath with step-in shower here. The upper level has two more bedrooms. One has a king size bed and walks out to the balcony deck and its elevated bay view. The third bedroom is also upstairs and provides a comfortable queen size bed. The second full bath is also on the upper level and includes a shower with a jetted tub.<br>There is additional living space on the lower level, including one twin trundle bed, another wall mounted TV and a foosball table. <br>The house has a central AC system combined with in-wall split units for customized cooling.
