Welcome to our newly renovated Wellfleet escape! After decades of renting in Wellfleet every summer, we recently purchased a family home that we hope your family will enjoy as much as we do.

The home sleeps 6 comfortably, with room for a few extra kiddos if they don"t mind doubling up on a full bed or queen air mattress.

It"s a traditional Cape-style home, with newly renovated bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, brand new floors throughout, a new, fully finished basement, AC, updated lighting, and more. Our furniture, beds & mattresses were new in 2024 & 2025. The open-concept kitchen/dining/living area has gorgeous wood beam cathedral ceilings. The newly renovated basement is perfect for kids games or movie nights after a long day at the beach. The back porch off the kitchen is perfect for a morning coffee, with all new large gliding screen windows. In Spring 2025, we also added a new patio, to enjoy dinner off the grill.

The house has three bedrooms, with extra sleeping arrangements in the basement. See below.<br /> Bedroom #1- Queen bed - 1st Floor<br /> Bedroom #2- 2 Twin beds - 1st Floor<br /> Bedroom #3- 2 Double beds with ensuite bath - 2nd Floor<br /> Lower Level- Comfy couch & Queen air mattress (in newly finished basement)<br /> <br /> There are two full bathrooms (partially renovated), or you can enjoy the tranquil setting by rinsing off in the new outdoor shower built in 2025. A washer and dryer for laundry is also provided in the new mudroom addition to the home (2025). The mudroom also includes an ice machine to easily fill your beach cooler! <br /> <br /> Our 2025 renovation also included new windows, trim, roof, siding, and patio.<br /> <br /> Our home is located in a quiet, desirable neighborhood, with no through traffic. We"re located just a couple of miles to downtown amenities, nearby the famous PB Boulangerie, and a short bike ride from some of the best ocean-side beaches and freshwater ponds on Cape Cod! Around the corner, you"ll find the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. You can ride, walk or run along the 25-mile trail passing through 6 Cape Cod towns. We are perfectly situated within about a 5-minute drive of Wellfleet"s historic drive-in movie theatre, the Beachcomber, the national seashore, and great downtown shopping, dining, and galleries. Wellfleet is 20-25 minutes from Provincetown, which boasts beautiful beaches, welcoming restaurants, and world-famous art galleries. Wellfleet is also famous for its oysters, so come back to visit in October for Wellfleet"s OysterFest!<br /> <br /> IMPORTANT NOTE: Like many other Wellfleet rentals, we provide towels, kitchen towels, blankets, and pillows.     Beautiful home in a central location! We had a great stay with our two children and Jennifer was kind enough to ensure they had all the essentials they needed as well. Can't wait to go back!

    Jennifer's house was incredible. Spotless, recently renovated, comfortable, and so close to the town of Wellfleet and the beach. We loved the sunroom and outdoor shower. Truly a little slice of paradise. We will definitely book this place for any future Cape Cod trips!

    We loved Jennifer's place, it was the perfect size for 4-6 people and very comfortable, clean, and bright. We especially loved the screened porch on a rainy weekend!

    We were extremely pleased with our stay. The house was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. The location is also great, very private and close to many local beaches and restaurants. Jennifer was a great host and very responsive.

    Perfect Cape Getaway!

    This is the perfect spot for a family Cape Cod getaway. The house is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed & more! Lots of space to spread out - we vacationed with 2 teenagers plus my parents we never felt crowded but also felt very at home. Everything is new and also has great Cape Cod charm. The location is perfect close to the beach and towns! Host were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

    Wonderful Wellfleet House
    July 2024

    We just returned from a lovely week in Wellfleet - and this house met our needs perfectly . The home was immaculate and had tons of natural light . We stayed with our two teenage children and a set of grandparents and the layout with three separate bedrooms was ideal for us . The home has such a pleasant vibe — everything feels new but quite comfortable .The beds particularly were quite comfortable . The location was also great for us - just a few mins from Blue Willow bakery and a very quick car ride to our favorite ponds . Central air conditioning was a plus as the week was quite warm and humid . Overall , we loved the house and will definitely be back ! show more show less
