Experience the magic of Wellfleet Harbor—walk to Winslow's Tavern, Wellfleet Market, MAC's, and all of Wellfleet's art galleries—yet come home to a quiet deck with plenty of stars, seagulls, and the sound of gentle waves.

''My wife and I had the great good fortune this spring of being the very first guests in this newly remodeled historic home in Wellfleet, on a hillside overlooking the marina and harbor. We are long-time renters in the town, having stayed in a number of locations, and this is our absolute favorite. We enjoyed the combination of privacy, quiet, and yet easy access via a short walk into the heart of the village of Wellfleet. We heartily recommend this property.''

    About our green amenities: We are trying to keep the home's historic nature; therefore, only window A/C is available (not central AC or Heat). Fans are available. We will be adding solar in the future. We are fully committed to keeping this home as green as possible while maintaining its historic nature. We did not 'rebuild it' to make everything level, straight, etc. So, you feel like you are in an original antique structure with most modern, efficient, wifi enabled lighting, washing, ac, etc.

    I adore Wellfleet and take pleasure in sharing its abundance with others!

    What is special about this property?
    Wellfleet Harbor is a fantastic place: rich in wildlife, wealthy in views, with abundant culture and history. Our historic home is close enough to walk to all of Wellfleet's best restaurants and galleries (over Uncle Tim's bridge), yet it feels like you are back in the 17th Century. Our home's Harbor and Duck Creek views are one in a million.

    What is special about your town?
    There is no place like Wellfleet. With the combination of arts, excellent food, and wilderness - it is very difficult to find a comparable place. If you love all three, it is heaven.
