No stairs on the main floor has a full bathroom (tub), Living room / dining room area. Top floor has 2 bedrooms both with king beds and half bath. Lower level entertainment room has a pullout couch with full bathroom (shower stall). Wash/ dryer in basement.

Entertainment room in the basement with large screen tv and a full bathroom. The property also has an outdoor shower, a deck with bbq for outdoor dining and ample parking.

AC mini-splits throughout.
