Relax on the expansive beach at the bottom of the bluff and enjoy the moon rise each evening over the water. There are steps down the bluff, about a 3 minute walk from the house. The beach steps are on the steep side so those with mobility issues may choose to access the beach via Maguire Landing, a town beach a mere 30 seconds by car or a quick bike ride.
Perfect for families or groups, this spacious retreat offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms, three full baths, and an additional half bath for convenience. There are three bedrooms on the main level. Two have queen beds and one has a set of bunks-full over full. There is a full bath on the main level as well. Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There's an additional full bath on the second level. There's also an overflow sleep area on the second level with a twin and a full bed.<br />There are multiple living areas throughout the house with ample lounging space for all. Enjoy peeks of the water from the upper-level deck, where you can relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while listening to the ocean waves. The property is equipped with air conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay during warm summer days. You can rinse off the sand and salt in the outdoor shower after a glorious beach day. <br />Off the beach, you are a four-minute car ride to the famous Wellfleet Beachcomber and a similar distance to renowned P.B.
