Converted carriage house on quiet estate in Woods Hole with spectacular view of Vineyard Sound and Nobska Beach. The house sits on a five acre property with 2- small ponds and a large garden. It's a five-minute walk to a private beach with a bathhouse – just up the road from the historic Nobska Lighthouse. It is a ten-minute walk to Woods Hole Village, and convenient to the Shining Sea Bikeway – a beautiful 10+ mile bike path that connects Woods Hole and Falmouth.

An open porch overlooks the Sound and has an adjacent deck for al fresco dining. There are four double bedrooms on the second floor and a nook with an office space. A fifth bedroom on the third floor can also be used as an additional beautiful remote office. There is a half bath on the ground floor, 3 baths and laundry room on the second floor. Kitchen is spacious with large eat-in area.

This home is fully furnished and linens are provided. There is Wifi, Cable and Roku for streaming. All rooms have fans; there is an outdoor shower and a Weber grill is available.
