This was a beautiful home! There were seven of us and it fit us perfectly (3 and a half bathrooms - wow!) and it was so well stocked - everything we needed was there! The back deck was huge and had lots of chairs. And we LOVED the outdoor shower! It was nice and roomy - there's nothing like an outdoor shower in the warm weather.
We were able to walk to Thatcher Beach - I couldn't believe the parking was free and the beach is very nice. Chairs and a beach wagon made the walk even easier.
We hope to come back next year!

I've been renting houses on the cape for over 30 years. This is by far the best rental ever!! Kala's South Yarmouth home is just perfect!! From all the bed linens, towels & all the beach accessories you can imagine! This home is well stocked & very spacious and spotless. The location is perfect. We especially enjoyed the large deck with the party lights.
We have booked Kala's home again for next year!! I highly recommend this home!!

Our extended family had a lovely week in Kala's family home in South Yarmouth. There was plenty of room for our two families in the well-appointed bedrooms and space for us to stretch out in the family room and game room. We love to cook and were thrilled to find the kitchen well-stocked with all the gear needed. The house was spotless and everything was provided -bedding, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. The house is just a few blocks from the beach and a short drive to everything else. Kala was great to work with.
We have been staying in this area of the Cape for a number of years and love it. We would love to return to this house.

My husband, children and grandchildren spent a blissful week at Kala's wonderful home. The house was spotless, incredibly well equipped, very spacious, tastefully decorated and in an extremely convenient location. You can walk to the beach, enjoy the myriad fun activities in the area for kids and dine out at some excellent prize winning local restaurants. The grounds at the house are lovely and there are beautiful plantings . We particularly enjoyed the commodious deck in the back yard and the fact that there is not a great deal of traffic or noise on the street. Kala was a gracious house and we look forward to a return visit. The home has my highest recommendation and anyone who is lucky enough to stay there will be so happy that they made such a good choice.

We enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year. The house was equipped with everything you would need for a great stay. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, games, etc. The house was very neat and tidy when we arrived.

The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had right away. The large back deck was great and was fully equipped with many chairs and table. We were out there every day of our stay. I would highly recommend this home.

Excellent location. Very spacious and more importantly, well maintained house. The house has everything you need. The high end appliances and furniture was an added plus. The homeowners were very responsive and answered all our questions.

This place was absolute PERFECTION!! Close to EVERYTHING, walk to the beach, short drive to anything you needed, house it self was immaculate, you wanted for NOTHING!! I truly enjoyed my stay here. Plenty of room for everyone. Any questions I had were answered very quickly by owner, GREAT communication. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. I would definately stay here again.

Kala was great to work with. This house is equipped with everything you could possibly need from bed linens, towels, lots of beach accessories and much more. The beach is a short walk away and other beaches are just a short drive. We loved relaxing and eating on the large deck and there was plenty of room for the boys to play in the yard. It was a great week. We look forward to returning.

Lucky to have found this rental! Location is everything on the Cape and house is very centrally located in S Yarmouth in a beautiful neighborhood setting with great opportunities to explore beaches within a short walk. Caught several amazing sunsets right out the front door with the water views.

Accommodations were even better in person as the pictures don't really capture the size of the spaces as they were plentiful. So many 'extras' were included compared to other rentals (beach buggy, beach toys, beach chairs, etc). We appreciated the newness & comfort of the furniture (West Elm couches) and new high-end appliances (Breville toaster, convection microwave, huge Weber grill). There was plenty of parking in the horseshoe driveway and the huge deck and backyard were great for the kids. The beds were very comfortable (even the pull out coach in the converted garage/bonus game room) and was very helpful to have linens all included.

Great house and great location. Easy walk to several beaches and the Skipper Chowder House. Lots of space for the family to gather, inside and out. Huge deck in the back yard. House has everything you could need including beach towels, linens and beach chair. Owner is very responsive.

We rented this house in mid July for a family vacation on the Cape. The house is in a perfect location - you can walk to a beach and it's close to some of the major tourist spots.

The house was extremely clean and user friendly! The owner had so many things that made our trip easy (beach chairs/toys/wagon/etc.), loads of kitchen supplies, lots of towels and extra blankets. Everyone had a wonderful time and it would be great to go back sometime!

The home was clean and well equipped including linens. It was an easy walk to Thatcher beach, ice cream and restaurants. The home is well suited for large groups. There was 9 of us and we never felt cramped especially the rainy days that kept us indoors. We enjoyed our evenings on the large deck.
