I have a one-bedroom condo/cottage that sleeps three. The cottage is in the cottage complex of Pilgrim Acres Village (PAV) which is in the Bass River area of South Yarmouth. PAV has its own large pool and is 1/2 mile to beaches. After a nice swim in the pool, walk to beaches, restaurants, beach bars, and beach activities such as parasailing.

There is a full and a twin size bed in the bedroom that is somewhat new. My couch that is in the living room is an American Leather (one of the best pull-out sleepers) and it pulls out to a queen.

The kitchen is a small galley-style kitchen with a sink, toaster oven, micro, and Kuric coffee maker. It is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and silverware. There is a table that opens to sit three.

The bathroom is clean and fresh with a stall shower.

What my kitchen lacks, my deck and patio more than make up for. I have a large gas grill with a burner and a patio table set for eating. My deck has a large sofa with an umbrella for shade. There is a gas fire to enjoy during chilly nights.

My area sits next to the laundry area which makes for convenient access and privacy. Not many people use the laundry room.

Conveniently located to grocery stores, mini golf, shopping, ice cream, restaurants, Cape Cod Inflatable Park. Walk to the Skipper Restaurant for waterfront dining!
