Description

Our newly renovated spacious home is conveniently located 800 yards to the beach. It is close to the beach, many restaurants, shopping, mini golf, water park, bike path and more.

Our home is good for couples and families (with kids). Easy check in with keyless entry. Enjoy cooking in the large kitchen or relaxing in the open layout of living room/dining room. The closest beach has a playground and is across the street from The Skipper Restaurant with an ice cream shack attached.

There are A/C window units and a washer and dryer. Stroll to the beach in the morning to entertain your children on the swings or drink your morning coffee on one of the many benches overlooking sunrise. We live in a cottage around the corner for the summer (unless we are moving one of our kids into college!) and are available to answer any questions. Jennifer grew up spending her summers in this neighborhood and we have raised our children as summer residents too. We look forward to sharing our happy place with you!

    Right place at the right time (Spring, Summer, Fall)

    We wanted a relaxing vacation at a venue that offered a very reasonable walk to the beach, walk to multiple restaurants and shopping. We wanted to avoid strips of traffic, bars, etc. And we found it! South Yarmouth is perfect as an epicenter on the Cape to explore other parts of Cape Cod or jump on a ferry from nearby Hyannis.

    Perfect location for a Cape getaway!

    We spent a wonderful week on the Cape at this property! We could easily walk to the beach or drive to one of the other public beaches in the area if we wanted a change of scene - the location was great. There was no shortage of restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries and shopping in the area - everything was so convenient. It was the perfect location on the Cape - we could easily do day trips to Chatham, Hyannis, the Cape Cod National Seashore, etc. Would highly recommend!

    Perfect Cape Cod vacation house!

    Loved this place and our family had a great time staying here for a Cape Cod summer getaway.

    Excellent location on a quiet street near gorgeous beaches, delicious restaurants and plenty of fun stuff to do locally plus it's easy to get anywhere on the Cape for day trips like whale watching.

    The house is clean, spacious and well appointed with even a personal favorite, a private outdoor shower. The owners are welcoming, responsive and helpful.

    Hope you enjoy your Cape Cod experience as much as we did!
