This was my family's first time staying in Cape Cod and we are so very glad that we took this trip! The cottage and surrounding town are absolutely idyllic, and my wife fell in love with the location (she tells me that now she wants to buy a place like this in Yarmouth ;) ). We visited with our three kids, and brought our bikes on a whim, and that ended up being a huge win for the whole family. The kids loved biking to the beach, biking to the fish market, biking to mini golf, biking to the Pirate Museum (which is great and we highly recommend checking it out!) The wonderful thing is that while we were there the traffic was pretty light (don't know what it would be like in the middle of summer), and everything is so flat compared to where we live in PA that our kids actually preferred to bike everywhere rather than driving.

The cottage itself provided plenty of room for us, and had all of the amenities that we needed to make our stay comfortable enjoyable. We bought fresh fish from the market and groceries from Trader Joe's and enjoyed making Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo one night and enjoyed fresh steamed lobster another night (pro tip - "Andrea's West Yarmouth Fish and Lobster" will steam your lobster for free and was very reasonably priced!).

My family loved exploring the shell covered beaches, looking for crabs, and reading on the sand.

We stayed at this home almost every summer.
The house is very cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and dryer etc.
The living room is a great hang-out spot for the whole family. TV, board games, books - whatever you want!
I personally loved to relax outside with a book and a cup of coffee in the back yard.
The ocean is just a short and refreshing walk away. After visiting the beach, an outdoor shower can wash the sand and salt away, and will feel really nice overall without having to get the inside of the house too sandy.
The location is very convenient, as most attractions and stores are within about 5 mins driving: two mini golfs, karting, arcade, ice cream, restaurants, groceries, pirate museum, a water park, a scenic bike path, and more!
The homeowner is very friendly. Communication was very easy and responses were fast.
This is definitely the perfect place to stay for a Cape Cod vacation. show more show less

We had a great time in this house. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable beds, great AC, washing machine. Quite neighborhood. Location is excellent - close to the beach and to the shops. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed there two times. It's been a wonderful experience.
