Our Edgartown beach house offers stunning water views of Sengekontacket Pond, State Beach, and Nantucket Sound. The home is just steps from the Sengekontacket Pond boat landing, where you can launch a boat, kayak, or paddleboard, and spend the day at State Beach—including the famous “Jaws” bridge. Prefer quiet? A sandy, secluded Senge beach is only a 5-minute walk away. The house is tucked on a safe, quiet street—perfect for kids on bikes, a morning run, or an evening stroll.
Living Spaces
- Main Level: Cozy living room with a gas fireplace, three couches, and a flat-screen TV (Hulu cable, Roku, and DVD player). One bedroom with a king bed and TV, plus a full bathroom.
- Second Level: A second king bedroom, plus a third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk and a queen bed. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs with Roku.
- Loft: Wood-burning fireplace, sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, board games, and a large DVD collection for both kids and adults. A second full bath completes this floor.
Kitchen & Dining
- The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, utensils, microwave, stove/oven, full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, and traditional coffeemaker. A washer/dryer is conveniently located off the kitchen.

FAQs
How do I make a ferry reservation?
We recommend you contact Steamship authority to book your ferry reservation as soon as we confirm your rental reservation. If you plan to bring a car over, please keep in mind that ferry reservations to/from the island fill up quickly so it’s very important to reserve your space as soon as you can.
What do I need to bring/what is provided?
We ask that people bring their own bed linens for their stay. Keeping in mind that there are 2 king beds, 1 full, 1 twin and 1 queen. Also, we ask that you bring bath, beach and hand towels. There is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. If you prefer to use an on island linen service, we recommend Martha's Vineyard Linen and Rentals. You will need to bring all paper products including septic safe toilet paper. Cleaning fee and taxes are included in weekly rate.
We provide comforters and lightweight blankets, hand soap in each bathroom, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, bath rugs, laundry detergent, and garbage bags. We also supply a blow dryer in each bathroom, an iron and ironing board in the 1st floor coat closet off the living room, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 2 kayaks, and 1 paddelboard.
Do we need to check in somewhere before we go to the house?
No! We will email you prior to your arrival with a personalized code to our electronic entry lock as well as providing you with detailed Check In and Check Out instructions. This code will work only for your stay. It means you do not need to stop anywhere prior to going to the house. And, you will not need to worry about carrying keys during your stay.
When is check-in and check-out? Can we check-in early?
The check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m. Due to the high volume of renters and our emphasis on a very clean and organized home for your arrival, we do not guarantee an early check in during Summer months.
What happens if there is a weather emergency or we can’t make it for any reason? Can we get a refund?
If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days from your booking you will receive a refund of your deposit.
** If you cancel less than 90 days from your rental date you will forfeit the full rental agreement amount.**
We do not provide refunds for weather, storms, power outages, etc. We also do not provide refunds for personal emergencies of our guests less than 90 days of arrival. To protect your trip there is the option of purchasing separate trip insurance. Be sure to find coverage that will protect you in the event of bad weather and personal emergencies. Protect yourself from unexpected travel interruptions.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
