This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath family friendly home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood central to both State Beach and South Beach, the bike path and also the village of Edgartown.

Updated and comfortable, our home is your perfect Island retreat. The house is set back from the road and secluded providing privacy and solace.

Entering the house from the front door, you will find yourself in a bright entryway leading to a sunny living room, dining room and kitchen. The wrap-around deck, accessed from 2 sliders, has plenty of comfy seating as well as a patio table and chairs and umbrella where you can sit and enjoy a meal or drinks with friends. The outdoor shower can be accessed from the deck as well.

A 12-foot ramp from the yard to the deck provides easy access for anyone with mobility challenges. An additional ramp into the house provides seamless entry.

Our first floor boasts an open floor plan with an accessible bathroom/barrier free shower. The first floor bedroom with twin beds is off the bathroom. Pocket doors provide the maximum width and maneuverability for the mobility impaired. Bed bridge twin to king converter available to join and connect two twin beds. At the top of the stairs is a cozy reading nook with an overstuffed chair and ottoman where you can relax and unwind enjoying one of the many books we have for you to choose from. Also upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed, the other with a queen and wall mounted smart TV.

Amenities include bedroom window AC units, washer/dryer, cable TV, hi speed internet/printer, and a full size Weber grill. Additionally, we have 6 beach chairs, several coolers and umbrellas.
