Walk up a flight of stairs to enter the bright, well-appointed Kitchen & Living Room. The fully stocked kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, a 4 cup pour over carafe, hot water kettle, water filter, teas, spices, cooking oils, toaster, SS pots & pans, baking sheets, cutlery & a blender. We also provide natural, local bath products, all linens, beach towels, beach tote, beach chairs & a cooler are included & the bedroom has a closet, luggage rack, dresser & under bed drawers to store your belongings.

The bedroom has a Queen bed & ensuite bathroom with glass shower stall. If your travels include kids, we are able to accommodate up to 2 small children on the Queen pullout sofa in the Living Room. To help keep our smaller guests safe, we have a baby gate & pack n play available, upon request.

Fast WI-Fi, USB charging ports & desk supplies complement a comfortable workspace in the bedroom. Or, set up your workspace outside on the dining table & let the fresh ocean air inspire you!

Natural elements are brought indoors to help your mind hit the instant reset and prime you for ultimate vacation mode! We are located just off of a main road so you will hear street traffic, but there is still plenty of privacy. Look into the preserved field across the street to watch deer feeding at dawn & dusk, ospreys & red tail hawks soaring through the sunset kissed sky.

A paved bike/walking path right across the street will lead you into downtown Edgartown's boutiques & restaurants (10 min walk) or towards Morning Glory Farm (15min walk) and beyond.

We welcome your car and have space for you in the driveway, just outside the front door.

    Absolutely Wonderful!

    This lovely apartment is truly a retreat. It is warm, clean and inviting. It had everything we needed and then some. Jennifer and Tim are wonderful hosts! They literally thought of everything! Highly recommend!

    I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! We met Jennifer and Tim right when we arrived and they were so welcoming. It was more like staying with friends or family. We truly appreciated all of the little touches inside. The decor, the snacks, the linens.. everything!
    It felt new and completely pristinely clean. Nothing was overlooked. I so wish all Airbnb owners operated like this! Plenty of blankets and towels which we appreciated. We used the washer/dryer a few times with provided eco detergent.
    So nice to have some spices and sugar items available. There is a wonderful outdoor shower with amazing water pressure, such a treat.
    The bathroom was lovely too. We ran out of toothpaste and of course they thought of that too!
    It was a quick walk to Edgartown school where the shuttle picked up for Beach Road Weekend festival. Also a quick walk downtown.
    Sure hope to stay again!

    I can't say enough about my stay at Jennifer and Tim's place. Imagine if a boutique hotel felt like home! It was both pristine and comfortable at the same time, and they had all of the amenities I could have needed and then some . The location itself is also amazing and in walking distance to the shops , boutiques and restaurants in Edgartown; walking trails, the Chappy ferry, Morning Glory farm etc... Most importantly their hospitality even when virtual, was second to none.

    This was one of the best Air BNBs I've stayed in. They truly thought of everything. It was comfortable, clean and very well stocked, plus it is a perfect location close to downtown Edgartown. Perfect for a person alone or a couple. I would definitely stay here again.

    Jennifer and Tim were excellent hosts and their AirBnB is the perfect distance to Edgartown, State Beach, and South Beach. They are wonderful people and have thought of everything necessary for a perfect Martha's Vineyard getaway!

    We've just returned from an incredibly relaxing and peaceful trip to Martha's Vineyard. It may have rained a bit every day but our stay in Jennifer and Tim's beautiful guest house made up for it in coziness. The thoughtfulness put into everything makes you feel like a well cared for houseguest rather than an anonymous renter.
    We typically bring every household item we might need but for the first time at an Airbnb we didn't need any of it. Everything including hand soap, shampoo, umbrellas, grocery bags, etc. is provided. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Sectional sofa that two adults can comfortably lay on to watch tv. Excellent location with space to park a car. 10-15 minute walk to downtown edgartown. 5 minute drive to stop & shop. We hope to return!

    Tucked away just outside of Edgartown. This is a comfortable, clean and well appointed apartment. In lieu of renting a car, we biked, walked, took the bus and Uber and they were all easy.
    We would love to come again and would definitely stay in this location.

    A relaxing getaway for those that seek island serenity! Surrounded by views of the nature preserve & in a cozy setting, you won't want to leave.
    We were delighted to find a Sonos speaker system that we could use in bedroom & living room to our liking. We rented bikes nearby & brought back fish to grill. Can't beat the easy walk to Edgartown restaurants & shopping.
    Every detail was in place from Nespresso pods, a Himalayan salt lamp, local lavender goat soap/lotion, & fluffy white towels. Leaving was the only thing we didn't like!
    Jennifer & Tim were very responsive and offered wonderful suggestions to our MV experience. We loved our stay so much that we plan to return!

    This was honestly one of the best AirBnB stays I have ever had. Jennifer & Tim's attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the beautiful interior design to the state-of-the art appliances. They provide everything you need for the perfect island get-a-way beach vacation. I also appreciated their support of local businesses and efforts to provide an eco-friendly environment. The personal touches, such as local homemade chocolate chip cookies upon arrival, really made us feel at home. My husband and I have such sweet memories from this trip all with the help of Jennifer & Tim being such gracious hosts. I hope to be able to stay here again some day and plan to personally recommend their AirBnB to my own family and friends.

    We are Jennifer & Tim & we live on the property year round with our two small kids. We love traveling, experiencing new food, music, sights & meeting amazing humans! On occasion, you may hear the garage door opening so that we may access items stored inside, or the lawnmower at work so that you can enjoy the fresh cut grass like we do!     - 15 Minute drive to Oak Bluffs (Gingerbread Cottages/Tabernacle/Camp Meeting Association, Flying Horses Carousel, Inkwell beach)
    - 15 minute drive to Vineyard Haven (MV Museum, Camp Jabberwocky, Vineyard Playhouse, boutique shopping)
    - Take the Chappy Ferry from Edgartown & explore Mytoi Japanese Gardens & East Beach.
