The second floor has a Primary Bedroom with a Queen bed, deluxe en suite bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks. Bedroom Two has a Queen bed and accesses a full-bath with tub/shower. Bedroom Three–with exposed beams, additional Day Bed and en suite bath with walk-in shower offers privacy. A spacious loft with sectional, TV and work desk provides additional family and office space. <br /> <br /> The completely finished and furnished basement offers a comfortable and cozy TV room, games, dining table, half-bath, couches and pull-outs.     Owning a home on Martha's Vineyard is a dream come true for both of us. We have been escaping to Martha's Vineyard since the late 80s. And in the Fall of '25, we saw this house for sale and decided to make the move. We couldn't be happier to be here. And now, we are excited to share this amazing home with others who are drawn to this truly special place. This home was completely renovated less than 10 years ago and it has a long history of repeat rentals. We are currently updating many of the rooms, improving the furnishings, adding more amenities and enhancing the experience for guests. We will update the photos and descriptions over the next month or so. We appreciate you considering this home for your vacation. We fell in love with it the first time we saw it.     What is special about this property?
    When we first pulled up to this home, we were struck by the vibe of the home. To us, it felt like a real home–and not just another rental. The quality of the home's construction was apparent, immediately. And when you step into the home for the first time, you will feel it too. The finishes, furnishing and appliances are all wonderfully considered and thoughtfully designed. The home is a wonderful blend of modern, combined with the comfort and warmth of a renovated farmhouse. Every door, floor, window and built-in is solid. There's nothing flimsy or poorly made to be found. It's quality, through and through.

    What is special about your town?
    What is particularly appealing about the location of our home in Edgartown is how centrally located it is to everything the island has to offer. There probably isn't a more convenient spot on the island than the Dodger's Hole neighborhood. Just a few hundred yards puts you on the bikepath, which leads to virtually anywhere on the island. The bus stop is equally as close, offering another convenient way to explore the island. What's more, checking out downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven are all under 10 minutes away. And State Beach and South Beach are also just a few minutes away.
