A beautiful Cisco home, walking distance from Cisco Brewers and a quick bike ride to the beach. The apartment is the private back unit of a large house. Spacious and clean, I welcome you to enjoy the comforts this home and location offer!

The apartment is well-suited for families or for a group of friends. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedroom both have queen beds. There is a playpen available upon request. The upstairs master bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi! (There is also an outside shower, perfect for post-beach.) The upstairs deck is a beautiful place to spend time and relax. Additionally, the kitchenette is furnished with all the necessities for cooking meals.

The basement (which houses the laundry machine and dryer) is shared with the front unit, however both units have their own private entrances leading downstairs.

The location of the house can't be beat for those wishing to enjoy time at Cisco beach and Cisco Brewers. The beach is a bike ride away (1.2 miles), and the brewery is walking distance (.3 miles).

    What is special about this property?
    The Hummock Pond Road area is a historic farming area on the island. My family has been living and farming on the property the house sits on for many generations. The family farm was known as Mt. Vernon Farm and only recently was sold. Farming still exists in the area. Bartlett's Farm, a farm, nursery, and supermarket, is about a mile away and a great place to buy produce, prepared foods, and groceries. Right across the road, there is both a community garden where gardeners can rent plots and an educational community farm run by Sustainable Nantucket.

    For those who like to go for walks, the Nantucket Land Bank's Gardner Farm offers wonderful walking trails located on the next property westwards from the house.

    167 RAW is a fish market that neighbors the house. If you are looking for fresh fish, meat, and cheese available close by, this is the place to go!
