Luxury Home Fully Updated with Community Pool and Tennis

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home in late September 2023 with my family. The home is impeccably clean, organized, and decorated exquisitely of utmost quality, in simplistic neutrals. The atmosphere is light, sunny and airy; all-around quintessential Nantucket charm! There are no visible signs of wear and tear as if the home was just built/furnished! If it weren't for being on Nantucket Island, you'd need not leave this home away from home! The house is spacious and the design allows for separate sleeping and recreational areas including 3 master en suites- perfect for several families or extended family (grandparents and child caregivers). The beds/linens are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with state of the art appliances and other necessities. We watched movies in comfy recliners in the theater room and had access to the exercise room as well as bikes, racquets and beach equipment. There is office space should the need arise for remote work. The host provides detailed information and instruction for reference and is accessible and available, leaving no questions unanswered. The backyard is private and cozy for cookouts or an evening at the firepit and includes an outdoor shower. The house is situated in the private Naushop community that includes amenities such as pool and tennis/pickleball courts, all right across the street! It is centrally located mid island, close to the airport, downtown, beaches, restaurants, grocery and bike paths. I can't think of anything to improve upon! We've been coming to Nantucket for many years and your home is our favorite rental yet! It has everything we need for a perfect, relaxing week. Everything is pristine and cozy. And the beds are so comfortable! The location is ideal- easy drive to the beaches and quick to town. We really can't wait to stay again. Thank you!!

This house is a great location for families and it is so comfortable. The neighborhood has access to a newly renovated community pool and tennis courts that kids loved. The house has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal so gathering with friends or family is really easy here. The place is spotless and beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture and a really nice outdoor fire pit. Beds, linens and bathrooms are all high end. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautifully appointed home in perfect Mid-island location. Whether you arrive on island via ferry terminal or airport, this home is conveniently located between the two. The house is lovingly decorated to make your stay feel like your own home away from home. We had everything we needed to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the movie room was an added bonus and enjoyed by all. The house has access to the community pool and tennis courts, but also steps from the bike path leading you to town or any of the other surrounding beaches. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance for nights you don't want to cook. Host was easy to communicate with and left us plenty of information on local spots to check out. This house was perfect for our stay and this family will definitely be coming back. show more show less
