Hello from the Stoyanovs - Mama Ivana, Dad Kiril, big brother Mateo Kei and baby Monna Evie, and our furry gentle giant labradoodle Sonny. We started renting our first houses 10 years ago and we've been enjoying sharing our properties with families across the world ever since. We love good outdoor activities and focus on locations that offer plenty of good beaches, hikes, skiing, and fabulous local food. Our newest addition is the property in Sandwich, one of the most charming towns on Cape Cod.
What is special about this property?
Our house is a spacious, family-friendly, four-bedroom home that offers something for everyone and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Enjoy the heated pool, fenced-in backyard with a large outdoor dining table under a pergola, a kids' play structure, and plenty of space for your furry friends. After a day at the beach or shopping, everyone will love returning to our welcoming home.
The interior is freshly renovated, providing ample space for entertaining. The lower level features a dedicated kids' playroom, as well as a bar and poker table in the adults' playroom. We prioritize quality time with family and friends and hope you will stay at our home to create wonderful memories with your loved ones.
