This home offers very distinct advantages for a Sconset rental. The house is set in a very private location, with protected land on three sides, and yet a seven minute bike ride from the center of Sconset There is a large back-yard with a lovely patio and BBQ. And we welcome dogs. We include four bikes, so no need to rent them.

A family renting this house will have access to a homeowners' gym, cutting garden with flowers and vegetables (75 yards away), and a private easement to the beach across the dunes. The Heller Trail across Sconset Trust land starts next to our house.

The house has air-conditioning for hot and humid days, an outdoor shower, internet, Sonos and cable TV. The outdoor and indoor dining tables seat eight comfortably.

There is a large master bedroom on the second floor, with king bed, bathroom and outdoor deck overlooking Sconset Trust land. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (queen and twin). The twin room has its own bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom in the hall. In the basement, there is a twin bedroom suitable for children, and a bathroom. Also in the basement are a washer, dryer, second fridge, another TV and a ping pong table.

We have a separate cottage, suitable for a guest or two, or for an au pair. The cottage has a bathroom with shower, fridge and a small kitchen. Rent for the cottage is an additional $1,500 per week. (Not rented separately)
We are flexible on the rental start date (although the default is Monday) .
