Mayflower Beach. This beach is well known, and there’s no wonder! The gentle waves and large, sandy beach make it the perfect spot for vacationers to sunbathe and swim! Another favorite bayside beach is Corporation Beach. This medium-sized beach is family-friendly and perfect for swimming and building sandcastles—and when the tide goes out, it leaves many tidepools to play in and explore!

Nantucket Sound Beach
West Dennis Beach is a large, south-facing beach located on Nantucket Sound. There is a bit more surf to be found here than on bay beaches, and is great for swimming and boogie boarding, but the surf is much lighter than on the open Atlantic Ocean. This beach is never crowded due to its large size. With a span of over a mile, it is a great spot for windsurfers, kite flying, and beach games. There is also a playground here.
Princess Beach

Scargo Lake is a large, fish-shaped lake with several beaches. One favorite is Princess Beach. A great beach for families, the clean, fresh water is roped off for swimming and staffed with lifeguards. You will find a playground at this beach, as well.
