Brewster is home to 10 Cape Cod Bay beaches that delight beachgoers with drastic tide changes. Swim and kayak at high tide, and, when the water disappears at low tide, walk out a mile to explore tidal pools and ocean wildlife. Brewster also offers several other places to hike, bike, fish, and even bring your furry friend. Enjoy the beauty of Brewster as this video recaps some of our favorite outdoor spaces to explore.
Nickerson State Park – 1900 acres of bike trails, hiking paths, ponds and campgrounds
Cape Cod Museum of Natural History – trails, butterfly pavilion and walking tours
Eddy Trail – A half mile wooded trail, great for pets, leads to a bluff overlooking the bay
About Becky Fischer: I've worked for WeNeedaVacation since 2003, providing photography, video, and consultation services to vacation rental homeowners. Over the years, I've photographed more than 700 homes across the Cape and Islands. My husband and I moved to Brewster with our three children in 2006. I grew up outside Boston, spent childhood summers on Nantucket, and was married in Orleans. Some of my favorite things about Cape life include walking the CCRT, taking deep breaths at the beach, discovering new coffee shops, and supporting our schools and community events.
