About 15 Annual Ocean to Bay 5 Mile Run 4 Mile Walk...The 15th Annual Ocean to Bay 5 Mile Run 4 Mile Walk is one of the only cross cape races. Start at Highland Lighthouse on the Atlantic Ocean, run through Truro to Cold Storage Beach on Cape Cod Bay and return to the lighthouse after a quick visit to Coast Guard Road Beach.
