The 2014 Vacation Planner Guidebooks are ready!
The more a vacationer knows about the many things to see and do in your area, the more likely they are to want to book your home!
Don't forget to print and leave a copy of the newly redesigned Vacation Planner Guidebook for your tenants. Just go to your Homeowner Center page, click on the Guide for your region, and print it. The Guide contains ideas for dining, shopping, local events and activities, articles on biking, kayaking, golfing, and more.
Encasing the pages in plastic covers and enclosing them in a binder will preserve them for the entire season.
Be sure to send both your prospective and confirmed tenants this link -- www.weneedavacation.com/guide -- to the Vacation Planner in order to help them learn about your area. Or, tell them they can click on the Vacation Planner

Cape Abilities employs close to 70 Cape residents with disabilities to fill over 30,000 beach buckets with snacks, maps, beach toys, coupons, restaurant guides, and other goodies. Track your tenant bookings and communications throughout the rental season, including the lease, security deposit, rent, keys, etc. You can record all vacationer bookings, even those that come from other sources. You can also receive email reminders and alerts notifying you when booking items and monies are due and overdue.

When doing a Power Search, vacationers can choose to view the results by when the calendar was last updated. So, even if you have no changes to make, go to your calendar every few weeks and refresh the date stamp. |
