This private family estate has 2 buildings - the main house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and the large kitchen and dining areas as shown in the photos. The ''bunkhouse'' was built in the summer of 2006 and now has 6 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Extensive landscaping and outdoor patios bring the two buildings together creating a very special place. The garage has just been transformed into the ''Wreck'' room with a ping pong table, darts and other games to enjoy. It is a perfect spot for the kids! Outdoor dining with views of the ocean and star gazing have become favorite pastimes for all the families that have been here. One recent family commented that they felt like they were part of a photo shoot for Architectural Digest.

"We rented this wonderful place twice this year: on Memorial
Day and in the middle of October. All I can say that we had
excellent experience and would return to this place if we
are going to Cape Cod again and would recommend to our
friends. The property definitely is clean and well
maintained. It is very good for family or friends reunions,
very close to the ocean with magnificent views, and easy to
accommodate from 5 to 10 families depending on how many
adults and kids. There is a great library, a fireplace, very
large living room, and nice patio. The fact that there are
two houses helped us to put families with small kids in one
house and families with grown up kids into another. So
people in the second house did not wake up earlier when all
the small kids woke up. The bike route is literally several
steps away from the property, so kids and adults enjoyed
riding bikes and roller skates. Also we had very nice
experience with homeowners."
