Watch the seals, enjoy the view and count on a parking space.

You can’t beat the National Seashore! It’s beautiful at Marconi and fewer horseflies as well! The stairs might be difficult to manage for some, but we love it!

Lot of room to walk. Good wave action. Plenty of room to spread out. Good restrooms and outdoor foot showers available. Plenty of parking.. Good drop-off and pick-up area.

We have many favorite beaches, but this one is tops for the wide view from the stairs and that forever view up and down the beach. You can walk for miles. It is the most beautiful spot.
Close seconds are Corn Hill and Coast Guard Beaches in Truro and Race Point in Provincetown. On the bay side, Skaket Beach in Orleans and Crosby Landing in Brewster. (SORRY! Impossible to pick just one!!)

We loved the expansive views from above, the daily and multiple seal sightings, the waves, and our long walks on the beach. If you walk down a bit, you will find quiet and deserted parts of the beach.

We found Marconi while looking for good spots for our dog. As part of the National Seashore, Marconi is pet-friendly, year-round. It features 100-foot tall sand dunes and unspoiled coastline. Beyond the lifeguard areas, the beach is very quiet; I was able to walk the 2.5 miles south to Nauset Lighthouse without seeing anyone. If you extend this walk, you eventually reach Coast Guard Beach, which is also part of the National Seashore and among the highest-rated beaches in the country. CG Beach is a bit more crowded than Marconi, but still retains an rustic quality similiar to all the beaches within this stretch of the outer cape.

We also loved Chapin Beach, another dog-friendly spot located in Dennis. You can walk a good half-mile out from the coast during low tide. We could see seals less than 100 feet away from us. Also a great spot to watch sunsets.

Loads of memories there. Great for kids and now grandkids. Provides a great National Seashore experience. Tip: we arrive there about 2:00 in the afternoon and spend a few hours. This avoids the midday sun and crowds
