Newly updated bungalow style beach house with many different living spaces. Less than a mile to Monument Beach.

New kitchen appliances, 3+ bedrooms, 2 full and one half bath with laundry. Great living room, den, dining room, 3 season porch, plus deck for grilling. Outdoor fire pit and seating for stargazing.

All the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master BR has a queen with ensuite bath, full walk-in shower, nice size closet and 2 built-ins. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen and twin bed, as well as a closet and built-ins. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a small closet and built-ins.

Bakery, ice cream, pizzeria within walking distance and the fabulous Lobster Trap restaurant is 1 mile away (ask for our secret to getting a quick table!) Walking trails and tennis courts within walking distance.

A truly charming house and surrounding area.
