An open floor plan on the main level features a large all-in-one kitchen, dining and living room area ideal for gathering with loved ones. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, an oversized island with seating and a large farm-style sink. There is plenty of counter space making it the perfect kitchen for preparing a meal for an evening in, or packing a cooler for a day at the beach. To get your day going, there is a coffee bar stocked with a Keurig, k-cups and other goodies that coffee and tea lovers will enjoy.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the main floor. The master bedroom features a king size bed with an en suite bathroom with a stand-up tile shower and tile flooring. There are two other bedrooms on the main floor, one features a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom in the hall with tub and shower. The bedrooms all offer closets to tuck your suitcases away and a dresser if you prefer to unpack for your stay.

On the lower level of the home, you will find an additional living area with couches, a television and a fireplace on one side, and 2 sets of bunk beds on the other (full size bottom and twin top bunks). You will also find a 1/2 bath and an oversized laundry room complete with brand new washer and dryer units. The oversized laundry area is truly a bonus space that is perfect for storing coolers, shoes, flip flops, beach towels, etc.

Outside, there is a large deck off the kitchen area and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
