In addition to the main living area, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

The home's other three bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds with bay views and the other has a twin trundle bed.

There is another level with a futon, flat-screen tv and a full bath.
