Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets and Pillowcases, Bath, Beach, and Kitchen Towels)
We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out

Beautiful, serene setting with ocean view & relaxing atmosphere on front and rear decks. Walk across the street for direct boardwalk access to beautiful Sagamore Beach. Updated kitchen, gas grill, outdoor shower, plenty of outdoor seating, games and washer/dryer available.  

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter from the driveway up the stairs to the back deck where there is outdoor seating and a gas grill for guests to enjoy cooking outside to smell the salt water. Leading into the kitchen on the main floor, featuring a beautiful tile backsplash, electric stove, Keurig, kettle, toaster and enough cutlery for family and friends. Please note that the refrigerator's ice/water maker does not work.

Down the hallway is bathroom 1- with a shower/tub combo and bedroom 1 with two Twin beds, AC and a fan. 

The open concept dining room seats six guests with access to the Livingroom for everyone to join together. The front door to the home is located off of the Livingroom with a large front deck with a table and chairs. Imagine making breakfast with a cup of coffee watching the morning traffic of dogwalkers, runners, and hearing the ocean waves crashing. Minisplit available with AC. 

Up the stairs to the second floor is the Primary bedroom. This room has two Twin beds pushed together to make a king size bed, a seating area with a small couch and chair, TV and a stunning slider with access to a small deck that has Ocean views. After a day at the beach, sitting up there with a drink in hand as the sun goes down. Minisplit available with AC and ceiling fan. 

Bathroom 2- This small full bathroom has a shower stall, corner sink and toilet. 

Bedroom 3- Two Twins and Double. 2 floor fans to keep the room cool but this room does NOT have AC.

*This home does have AC in all rooms except the 2nd floor bedroom with 2 twins & double size bed.*

With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag includes two rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, sponge, two trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent all compliments of the homeowner.  (Items subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability).

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
No Pets are allowed inside or outside the home! 
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on the lawn anytime.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure for no additional cleaning charges.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. 
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details.  Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
