Open weeks are now available for Summer 2024 at our Bourne home in Weldon Park, which is a Private Association. This location is minutes from The Sagamore Bridge and Cape Cod Canal. This newly renovated home has the comfort of “home” while enjoying a “quick escape” to the Cape.

Rental would be from Saturday - Saturday.
Price varies by week.

•Private home in neighborhood association. Very private, quaint, home-like feel.

•3 bedrooms - 1 King (with master bath), 1 queen (with pack n play), 2 twin beds in children’s room.

•Living Room (open floor plan).

•Additional living space in the finished basement, plenty of room for additional sleeping space. Air mattresses (available).

•Large front and back yard with deck. Grill alternative for cooking. Outdoor seating on deck, picnic table on grass and several chairs to surround fire pit. Dozens of yard games available to add some extra fun to any day.

•Full kitchen

•Washer and Dryer available in the basement.

•Free wifi access

•Two televisions (one in main living space and one in the finished basement). Projector available as well for outdoor movies.

•Central A/C (and heat).

•Hot tub attached to deck.

•Fully furnished (Beach chairs included as well).

•Fully renovated (deck to be restained in the Spring 2024).

•Location, location, location. Quick walk to the Cape Cod Canal. Minutes from Sagamore Bridge. Short distance to Marylou’s, McDonald’s and Starbucks.

•Under 10 mins from some favorites which include, Fisherman's View, The Lobster Trap, The Towne (the old Lindsay’s), endless ice cream choices, WaterWizz, Ryan’s Family Amusements, Mass Maritime and the BEST Antique Store options. Very close to Plymouth Waterfront, best of both worlds.

    Summer Vacation

    My family and I stayed here for a week during summer vacation!! It was perfect for what we needed. It was close enough to drive to P-town, and also take many day trips along the cape for antiquing , mini golf, beaching, and just making memories!! The owner was accommodating and so very helpful with any requests, questions and recommendations! I felt like this was our home away from home for the week, highly recommend and will be staying here again during our summer vacation!! Such a hidden gem!

    Great Stay!

    Our stay at the Cape house was absolutely delightful! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach, and easily accessible.

    The house itself was charming and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

    One of the highlights was the backyard, which was beautifully landscaped and provided a great space for outdoor dining and relaxation. We loved spending evenings outside, enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

    Overall, our experience at the Cape house was fantastic. The location, comfort, and amenities made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the Cape.     show more show less

    Me and my family had a wonderful time. Located in a great neighborhood. Close to beaches, restaurants shopping. very clean, plenty of parking and very spacious. Great yard for family fun. Will definitely be coming back every year

    Perfect little getaway

    Perfect little getaway! A quick drive to Scussett and local faves. House is super clean, has all the amenities, and the backyard and neighborhood is perfect for families with kids.
