Beautiful, peaceful Cape Cod getaway! We bought this home in 2020 and it was our quarantine project to update and renovate it to be our dream beach vacation property. There are 4 bedrooms including one that doubles as an office. It is great for anyone who wants to get away and spend time at the beach but still needs a work-from-home setup!

There are two full bathrooms with tubs, one on each floor. We have a gas fireplace and central AC and a gas fire pit on the porch (along with a grill) and a wood-burning fire pit in the backyard to enjoy s'mores on those warm nights! In addition to a Peloton bike, we have a home gym complete with weight sets on the lower level. Our street dead-ends into Nickerson state park with lots of hiking trails, access to lakes and swimming ponds, and the bike trail. We have two adult bikes available for your use in our walk out basement.

We are less than 2 miles to the beach and a 5 min drive to several other beaches nearby! Ocean Edge Resort is a beautiful property down the road with several restaurants and bars for an enjoyable evening out. Come spend the summer relaxing in beautiful Cape Cod! The house is centrally located to all the Cape has to offer.

    I was born and raised in Mass and currently reside in the Boston neighborhood of Charlestown with my partner and Sheepadoodle, Beau. We purchased and renovated this Brewster home during the pandemic and are absolutely in love with it! We spend time there in the off season but are happy to share it with renters in the summer months,

    What is special about this property?
    What makes this home special is the quiet peacefulness of the backyard, the association pond that you can easily walk to, and the state park which is at the end of our street!
