Experience the old charm of Cape Cod with modern conveniences while staying at Sunrise Cottage. Perfect for a solo or couple’s getaway (maximum occupancy is 2). This quaint and adorable cottage is a free-standing home within a community of similar sized properties, tucked away behind a hedgerow.

This cottage is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen size bed and 1 bathroom. The living room features a gas fireplace with a smart TV that comes equipped with YouTube TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchenette has a range / stove, fridge, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender. There is also a dining area.

Sliding glass doors lead out the back to a beautiful new outdoor shower and patio with a table and chairs. The back patio backs up to conservation land which provides a peaceful setting.

AC / Heat (all-season rental), stackable washer dryer, iron / ironing board, beach chairs, cooler, and a gas grill. There is parking for one vehicle.

Located on historic Route 6A in Brewster, 1 mile from Crosby Landing Beach, with close proximity to several other bay beaches, and a 10-minute drive to Nauset Beach in Orleans…you have your choice of the bay or the ocean! With Nickerson State Park and the Cape Cod Rail Trail less than a ½ mile down the road, you can experience so much of what Brewster has to offer with just a short bike ride or walk.

    Perfect Cottage

    Sunrise cottage is perfect for two people. We had a great time staying there.
    The cottage is updated and has a great layout, it has everything you need for a nice vacation. Location is very convenient.
    The owner is very nice and thoughtful,

    Lovely cottage, very central

    I really appreciated my experience in Cape Cod in this lovely cottage. Super clean, cute and everything you need to cook or prepare drinks!
    Walking distance from the beach and Nickerson state park where you can reach the cape code rail trail. It was very central so we could visit other little towns around. Only 40 minutes to go to Provincetown.
    Ah! and even if it's not mentionned in the description, there is an indoor shower, not just outside ;-)
    I would go back for sure!

    Hidden Gem!

    Sunrise cottage is the cutest cottage! So comfortable and just the right size for 2 people. Perfect location right in-between Brewster and Orleans. Super clean and updated. Owner took the time to add nice little touches to make our stay the best. So glad we found this place! Definitely worth a visit!
