This cottage is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen size bed and 1 bathroom. The living room features a gas fireplace with a smart TV that comes equipped with YouTube TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchenette has a range / stove, fridge, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender. There is also a dining area.

Sliding glass doors lead out the back to a beautiful new outdoor shower and patio with a table and chairs. The back patio backs up to conservation land which provides a peaceful setting.

AC / Heat (all-season rental), stackable washer dryer, iron / ironing board, beach chairs, cooler, and a gas grill. There is parking for one vehicle.

Located on historic Route 6A in Brewster, 1 mile from Crosby Landing Beach, with close proximity to several other bay beaches, and a 10-minute drive to Nauset Beach in Orleans…you have your choice of the bay or the ocean! With Nickerson State Park and the Cape Cod Rail Trail less than a ½ mile down the road, you can experience so much of what Brewster has to offer with just a short bike ride or walk.

    The Perfect Cape Cod Cottage

    Sunrise Cottage was, by far, our most perfect experience in over ten years of renting on Cape. We arrived in a downpour in the dark, and when I turned on the lights we stood, speechless, in the entranceway. This tiny home-away-from-home is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Cozy, bright, and beachy inside, with every possible fixture and amenity, it exceeded our expectations. We felt welcome immediately. Since we had some cool and foggy days, we found the small gas fireplace perfect for taking the chill off the air in the mornings. The wall heat pump unit provided perfect air temperature quietly and unobtrusively. The bed, bedding, and towels were luxurious. A great amount of care and thought has gone into ensuring this tiny home makes the best possible use of space in a way that provides a spacious and airy feeling. The location is quiet, and neighbours are respectful and pleasant. Spotlessly clean throughout, with a lovely welcome gift from Kara, dish soap, hand soap, laundry pods, shower gel, shampoo and lotion, there was nothing we needed that wasn't there. Kara is delightful and friendly, and we had an opportunity to meet her brother, whom we liked as well. We'll definitely be staying at Sunrise Cottage again and truly looking forward to it.     Perfect Cottage

    Sunrise cottage is perfect for two people. We had a great time staying there.
    The cottage is updated and has a great layout, it has everything you need for a nice vacation. Location is very convenient.
    The owner is very nice and thoughtful,
    She provides you with everything you need to make your time there comfortable, we enjoyed the welcoming gift the owner left for us, we would like to return.

    Lovely cottage, very central

    I really appreciated my experience in Cape Cod in this lovely cottage. Super clean, cute and everything you need to cook or prepare drinks!
    Walking distance from the beach and Nickerson state park where you can reach the cape code rail trail. It was very central so we could visit other little towns around. Only 40 minutes to go to Provincetown.
    Ah! and even if it's not mentionned in the description, there is an indoor shower, not just outside ;-)
    I would go back for sure!

    Hidden Gem!

    Sunrise cottage is the cutest cottage! So comfortable and just the right size for 2 people. Perfect location right in-between Brewster and Orleans. Super clean and updated. Owner took the time to add nice little touches to make our stay the best. So glad we found this place! Definitely worth a visit!
