Enjoy the best of what the Cape has to offer during your stay in our updated townhome located on beautiful Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club in Brewster, Massachusetts.

Our home is on two levels with one neighboring offset unit on each side. We are in a very quiet part of Howland Village and our unit has a private patio that backs up to a wooded area, so lots of privacy. On the first floor you’ll find an updated, well-equipped kitchen, featuring KitchenAid appliances, which has everything you’ll need for preparing your own meals. A nice breakfast bar with two barstools allows you to converse with anyone in the kitchen. The dining table can seat six for dinner. A small 1/2 bath for guests next to a relaxing living room with views of the private back yard and the 70” Samsung TV.

As you head upstairs you’ll find a coat rack for your light weight jackets and bags. At the top of the stairs you find a new washer and dryer. In the front end of the second floor you find a full bed and two twin beds in a bunk bed configuration. All beds have very comfortable Leesa mattresses and fitted with mattress protectors and cotton sheets. A full bath on the second provides a separate space for those using the shower and sink, which is nice for a larger group or family. The main bedroom is at the rear. It has a very comfortable king size bed, with a West Elm slope lounge chair and desk for those working from home. It has a beautiful view of the courtyard below.

The home is located 4/10 miles from the Fletcher indoor and outdoor pools, cardio room, and tennis courts. 1.3 miles from the Ocean Edge Sports Club and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. 2.3 miles away you’ll find the Town of Brewster Ellis Landing Beach.

We have a Sports Membership which allows us to sponsor our guests to use the Fletcher pools, Whirlpool, dry sauna, cardio room and other facilities once a guest pays the applicable fees to Ocean Edge, for example tennis fee is by the hour. Our guests have access to the golf course until 30 May and after Labor Day. We don’t have a golf membership so our guests do not have access during the summer, however we’ve had some luck getting previous guests a tee time even during the Summer. Additionally, our guests have access to the Ocean Edge’s Blueberry Pond and Pickle Ball courts with standard resort fees for kayak, bike rentals and court time applicable. Dining is available on Ocean Edge at the Linx Tavern which is one mile away on the Villages side. On the Mansion side the Ocean Terrace, Bayzo’s Pub, The Front Lawn, the Roscommon Room, and The Beach Bar, which overlooks Brewster Flats on Cape Cod Bay provide excellent opportunities for dining.
