This light-filled , clean guest house is located steps from the Cape Cod Rail Trail in a quiet woodland setting with marsh views just outside the bedroom windows.
The first floor is furnished with a sectional couch, Roku TV, games, books and a 1/2 bath. Upstairs you find a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a balcony, a sitting area with twin trundle beds, and a full bath with washer and dryer. The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a/c, workspace, and a huge closet to unpack and get settled in.
The location provides easy access to Nickerson State Park with its many ponds and trails. Kayak and paddle-board rentals are available at the park. Public golf is available at The Captains Golf Course. Check out the Cape Cod Summer Baseball League schedule. Easy access to many beaches in both Brewster and Orleans.

Orleans is 2 miles away, with bike rentals, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Head in the opposite direction and you will find Brewster with the Snowy Owl Coffee, more restaurants, and the historical Brewster General Store. Enjoy a day at the Brewster tidal flats-an easy 1.9 mile bike ride to Crosby Landing Beach. Come home to play horseshoes, grill, and enjoy drinks and dinner on the balcony overlooking the bike path.

You have access to a full, secure garage for bikes and other equipment, and your driveway is large enough to park a small trailer boat. Linens and towels, and beach chairs are provided.

Smoking is not permitted.  No Fires or Campfires on patio or anywhere on the property or house.

Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are provided, as well as fresh bath mats.
