This is the second year I have returned to this comfortable, tastefully appointed home. It has become a happy place for me. Close to beaches, Sheep Pond, national parks, biking trails, it has all a nature lover could want. This year we experienced the Northern Lights and a comet!

All the other reviews are spot on - lovely deck with grill, comfortable furniture and beds, large tv, well-appointed kitchen, outdoor shower, dog-friendly and just a great place to hang out. I love that it is on a quiet cul de sac and that wild turkeys roam the neighborhood. Julie and Pat are a dream to work with. show more show less

We just returned from our week vacation at this great Brewster home and it was wonderful. This is our second time renting this great house. The location has everything….quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a beautiful pond and a short drive to the Brewster beaches. The owners have done a great job renovating this house. It has all the comforts of home. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen , washer/ dryer and a great deck and outside shower. The owners are lovely to work with and definitely available if an issue arises. We can't wait to rent again in 2025! show more show less

Great location! We enjoyed Brewsters beaches and walking to Sheep's Pond 5 minutes away and swimming. House is sweet and we loved the back porch set up the most. Dogs loved laying around the porch, husband grilling, baby eating snacks and me drinking a glass of wine. Two bathrooms was fabulous and the dead end road can't be beat! We would come back again and again!

We come to CC every summer and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The house is adorable and very clean. The location was fantastic as well and was a great spot to walk or bike! We enjoyed Sheep's pond a few times during our stay as well.

My husband, sister, niece and I stayed here for the week while I was taking a therapy training at the Cape Cod Institute in Orleans. The house was perfect! It was pretty and airy with a great open kitchen so we could all hangout together while we cooked and ate. In addition, it has a great outdoor shower, big outdoor deck and very comfortable beds. Also, the location is excellent, it's near all of the Brewster beaches, a beautiful lake, and all the best shopping and restaurants. Julie and Pat were the friendliest and so helpful with restaurant, beach and fishing suggestions and with anything we needed. We loved our stay at this vacation home and plan to return next summer. We loved the access
to the bike path. Everything is new and clean from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The pond
access is a wonderful amenity, in addition to the proximity to the Bay and the ocean. We loved
the outdoor shower, deck and grill. There is great outdoor seating on the deck. The hosts are
very responsive with lots of suggestions on where to eat and pick up food and snacks.

This was our second time staying here. Great house. Great host. Location is perfect. Right off of RT 137 in between 6 & 6A, so there is easy access to the Bay or Ocean Side. Close to Nickerson State Park as well. Very quiet street. Perfect for a couple, two couples, or small family. New Kitchen Appliances. Open Concept with Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area. Large outdoor deck with plenty of sitting space and a gas grill. Two bathrooms along with an Outdoor Shower on the back deck. Lovely decor with nice small touches (fresh flowers, etc.). Kayaks for use down by the pond. I could go on and on. We'll definitely be back. show more show less

We stayed at Julie & Pat's house for a week over the 4th of July weekend. The house was immaculately clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation on the Cape. The location was close to many attractions, and the ability to walk down to the pond was amazing! The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and the back deck was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. What's more, Julie and Pat couldn't have been better hosts; great communication and everything was exactly as described. We cannot recommend this rental enough to a couple or family looking for a great week away. show more show less
