New for 2027! We've added a completely renovated lower-level guest space, making our home a wonderful option for extended families, two families traveling together, grandparents, or guests who simply appreciate a little extra privacy.
The home now offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, two living spaces, and a beautiful new kitchen plus a lower-level kitchenette.
The Main Level: The bright and comfortable main level features an open living and dining area and a beautifully renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and updated appliances. The living room has comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and sliders opening onto the large outdoor deck.<br />

The spacious primary bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests, with a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed. A second full bathroom includes a bathtub.<br />

NEW Lower-Level Guest Suite: <br />
Our newly renovated lower level gives families even more room to spread out. It includes a private bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed, a full bathroom, and a comfortable second living room with a couch and TV. The kitchenette area includes a sink, kitchen essentials, table and chairs, and a convenient countertop combination oven that toasts, roasts and air fries.The lower level also has the option of a separate private entrance, making it an especially nice setup for grandparents, another couple or family, or older children traveling with you.<br />

Everything You Need for a Cape Cod Stay:<br />
The home has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, a large deck with outdoor dining furniture, patio set, a gas grill, and one of our favorite Cape Cod features — a wonderful outdoor shower. <br />

For families with little ones, we have a high chair and Pack 'n Play available. We also provide 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrella, so there's less to pack for your vacation.<br />
<br />
And yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome! We love having four-legged family members visit too. <br />

Walk to Beautiful Sheep Pond. Your stay includes access and parking passes to two private Sheep Pond beaches, just a short walk or drive from the house.This gorgeous 150-acre freshwater pond is wonderful for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing and fishing — and is an especially magical place for children to spend long summer days.<br />

When you're ready for the the bay or ocean, you're also ideally located for exploring the Cape:<br />
Brewster's Cape Cod Bay beaches are approximately 2 miles away, Nauset Beach is about 7 miles away, and Coast Guard Beach and the Cape Cod National Seashore are within an easy drive. Nearby Nickerson State Park offers beautiful hiking and biking, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail is just a short bike ride or drive from the house. Bike rentals and a small market are about a half mile away, with restaurants, shops, golf and many of Brewster's favorite attractions nearby. <br />
The house sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood that's wonderful for walking and bike riding. <br />
