    Great Spot
    July 2025

We loved it! What a great spot for our family to visit. We are looking forward to coming back next summer. It is centrally located in Brewster - very walkable distance to Sheep Pond, short easy drives to beaches, restaurants and golf courses. The house is comfortable and we enjoyed the amenities. We had up to 8 people (2 adults, 6 late teens) for a couple nights and we felt the house was big enough for everyone to find their own space. Thank you, Michael and Suzanne.

Comfortable House with Space and Charm
    July 2025

The property was in a great neighborhood and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well-stocked, the space was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The house was clean with more than adequate living and sleeping space as well as other amenities for a relaxing, easy, and enjoyable vacation in Brewster. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, had the storage we needed, and included comfortable beds with quality linens and bedding. The hosts were responsive and provided resources for dining and activities - and their recommendation for Stone L'Oven was enjoyed by all of our family! Dont forget to visit Brewster Scoop for ice cream.

Another favorite dining for our family was Cobies - on 6A near Nickerson State Park.

The location was centrally located and allowed us to visit Chatham (Lighthouse and the fishing pier), Orleans (Skaket Beach), and Eastham (Great Pond and First Encounter Beach).

We have been visitors to the Cape for decades and this was our first Brewster rental. While we had visited Nickerson State Park for many years, this vacation allowed us to enjoy the local ponds, bay beaches with the beautiful sunsets (Ellis Landing), and the many other activities in Brewster - including the Cape league baseball games. Our family had a wonderful vacation and our experience with the hosts was easy and pleasant. We enjoyed the house and its closeness to the neighborhood pond (Sheep Pond) and are looking forward to our return next summer!
