This cottage has: wifi, cable, air conditioning, and a coffee maker. When you arrive, you will see that there is a fenced in area which is our main entrance. This is a family and dog friendly property. There is a terrace with a table and chairs, and a gas grill. There are 2 boatyards and one boat landing less than a mile away. There are also great places to eat nearby and the shops, restaurants, and things to do in Chatham are 2.3 miles away.

The 14.45% lodging rental tax is additional. We do not provide paper products and we do not provide linens. There is a $75.00 pet fee per week and $175.00 cleaning fee. This is a Sunday to Sunday rental. Checkout time is 10:00am.

When you step inside there is an enclosed porch. As you enter the house, you will find the kitchen. To the right there is a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bathroom with a shower, and the laundry room with a washer and dryer. To the left of the kitchen is our "Great Room" - a living room/ dining room with a desk. There are 3 bedrooms off of the Great Room - two with single beds and one with a full size bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub near one of the single bedrooms.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel and we can re-rent the home, we will refund your deposit minus any fees incurred for the re-renting of the home.
