This lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is just a five minute walk to the South Village Beach and sleeps 8 with a maximum of 6 adults. The King bedroom has a wall mounted HD television and private master bath with shower and over sized tub. Also on the main living level is a Queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. Cathedral ceilings in the main living areas, i.e. living room, dining area and kitchen with beams and skylights. Kitchen has a new dishwasher and refrigerator and is stocked with indoor as well as outdoor dinnerware and glassware, Keurig machine, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, lobster pot, toaster, etc. Lower level has family room with game table, games, sectional, wall mounted HD TV, DVD player, DVD's. Lower level also has another twin bedroom and laundry room. Pac 'n Play and high chair.

Two sets of glass sliding doors lead to the wraparound deck equipped with outdoor dining and lounge chairs as well as gas and charcoal grills. 2 year old spacious and private outdoor shower on deck.

Attached garage with bikes, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs. Large backyard and driveway can accommodate 5 cars.

Trash is picked up weekly. No pets and no smoking.

Weekly rentals INCLUDE TOWELS only. Sheets are provided with a minimum rental of 2 weeks at no extra charge.

    I have lived on the Cape for 23 years but had been vacationing here for over 30 years prior. This is only our 4th year renting and the experience has been wonderful. We love sharing our property as it's proximity to the beach is fantastic.

    What is special about this property?
    The location is what pulls people to our property. We have replaced all of the furniture and completely updated the lower level of the house. We have a wonderful outdoor shower on the back deck that is totally private and easily accessible. Guests love showering under the sun and stars.

    What is special about your town?
    Our West Dennis location is only a few miles from Patriot Square, Ring Brothers Marketplace, Entertainment Cinemas and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. There are many restaurants in the area as well, and we are not far from the Cape Cod Water Park.
