The cottage features three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan living area, with central AC, accommodating 2 to 6 guests, with an outside shower, and a three (3) Kayak available.

Great quiet neighborhood, away from traffic. Sea Street beach is just down the street. It is also situated close to bike trails, boat rentals, dining, shopping, antique stores, and more.
