Imagine starting your day with a peaceful kayak ride through the shimmering river, leading you to the soft sandy shores of a stunning South Village beach. Surrounded by lush greenery and the gentle sounds of nature, this idyllic retreat is the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, offering a memorable experience for all who visit!

The cottage features three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan living area, with central AC, accommodating 2 to 6 guests, with an outside shower.

Great quiet neighborhood, away from traffic. Sea Street beach is just down the street. It is also situated close to bike trails, boat/kayak rentals, dining, shopping, antique stores, and more.

Note:
Please NO SMOKING inside the house.

Beach Access: A kayak away to South Village Beach.

Peaceful family stay

Our family had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was very special to have coffee at the dock every morning, watching the river flow. Our son had fun trying to catch crabs off the dock. Once, we even had swans visit us.

The beds were comfortable, and the cottage was very clean. The sheets, pillow cases, the window dressings (embroidered and old-fashioned), gave a longing for my child, when there were no worries and everything was going to be OK. It was very cozy and peaceful.

The location is great - very close to the Dennis Port Center and the beaches. We were grateful to have our dog with us. The communication with the owners was easy, the response time was immediate. We recommend this rental! show more show less
