This home has an open living area on the 2nd floor with a large deck that looks over the water. In addition to a kitchen, dining and living area there is a small nook with a desk. There is also a finished basement with a pool table and TV. The 3 bedrooms are on the main floor. The only downside of this house is there is only 1 full bath on the main floor (there is a half bath upstairs and an outdoor shower). I could see this being an issue if 8 people were staying here. My family of 4 stayed for a week at Christmas and it worked fine for them. The house is clearly new or updated and has hardwood floors throughout which is a plus! show more show less

We loved this house! The ocean and sunset viewsra from the deck and the many windows were amazing! The house is equipped with everything you may need for a beach vacation! Great location for visits to National seashore beaches, PTown, Orleans!

I have been traveling to Cape Cod for over 40 years and this home was one of the best. It is in a great location. Easy walk to the Bay and Campground Beach. Minutes to Nauset beach. Quick drive to Wellfleet or Orleans. Not sure why we never stayed in Eastham but it checked all the boxes. The view from the top deck was great. Layout inside the home was fantastic.

We so enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous, well equipped bay side home! Our family of 4 loved our stay at this beautiful house a minute's walk from a deeded access bay beach that was also walking distance to Campground beach and The Landing where our preteen kiddos enjoyed biking to, for snacks and ice cream. The clean, modern, bright house was plenty large enough for our family of 4 and would have certainly accommodated another small family to join us! The 2nd story deck offered breathtaking sunsets! The finished basement space gave us entertainment during our one rainy morning with the pool table and television. The outdoor shower and central vacuum system allowed us a sand-free stay, while still enjoying our frequent visits to the beach. We would certainly happily stay here again. show more show less

Highly, highly recommend. We've been renting in Eastham for over 40 years and this spot was special. The view is even better than the photos, the house is so comfy and has absolutely everything you need - even a baby gate at the top of the stairs and a crib so our 8 month old was able to crawl around safely and sleep well at night. Paula was an absolute delight to communicate with - we would absolutely rent from her and Charles again.

We truly enjoyed our week of vacation at this cottage. The house was as advertised, very clean and spacious with a great view and easy walk to the bay beach. Centrally located for easy access to the outer cape beaches. We hope to be back!

We loved this rental. Lovely water view and very short walk to bay. We used the gas firepit which was a wonderful amenity and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. The house was incredibly clean when we arrived and well supplied with everything you might need. It was a pleasure to meet the two owners when they stopped by and we hope to rent from them again. Highly recommend this rental.

My family had a great stay at this rental. The house is clean, updated and has great proximity and views to the ocean. The hosts provided timely responses and were very accommodating for my young family. We are looking forward to staying again next year.
