Located in a quiet neighborhood in the town of Barnstable, Marstons Mills and its beautiful surroundings will provide you with a perfect vacation escape.

Hamblin Pond is a short walk where you can swim, kayak, canoe and enjoy the small beach.

    We are John and Chen, parents of a boy and a girl, 6 and 8. We live close by in The Boston area and we are first time Airbnb Owners. We got off to a late start in July of 2022 setting up our Cape House (Chez-Po), but have been steadily booked since and have received all positive reviews and comments since our first booking. Our cozy 3 bedroom with sunroom, large yard and firepit will make for a relaxing stay, fully stocked with all your kitchen, internet and laundry needs.

    What is special about this property?
    Located in a quiet and private neighborhood location in Marston's Mills on Cape Cod, the property is located just 4 miles from the closest Ocean beach, Craigsville Beach with Prince Cove and many other beautiful public beaches within short, close drives, Our House also features a private , large pond located within a 5 minute walk for your enjoyment.

    What is special about your town?
    A short drive to MA-28 Marston's Mills you will find Groceries, Hardware and Beer and Wine and we are only 7 miles from historic Hyannis, with it's rich history, JFK Kennedy museum, restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy this central cape location or take a daytrips to the very end of the cape Orleans or magical Provincetown, within only a 45 - 50 minute drive.
