Quiet retreat 2 streets from freshwater pond. Shuaels Pond has a small sandy beach, boat ramp for small boats up to 10 HP, great for kayaks, canoes, fishing in the stocked pond. Picnic tables available, pack a lunch and stay all day! (Portapoty on site) There's a childrens playground in the subdivision.
A short drive away is Craigville Beach, beautiful salt water, warm, some wave action.
Or relax at the house on a wrap around deck, or stay cool indoors in the A/C. The first floor is open floor plan from kitchen to dining area to livingroom open and airy with vaulted ceilings and beams. Small TV for streaming in LR. Finished basement has a large screen TV, stereo -a great place to spend a rainy day.
Restaurants, museums and shopping in 3 choice locations, Sandwich, Hyannis and Mashpee all 15 minutes from this airy 2 bedroom home that sleeps 5.
Day trips to Provincetown and Plymouth are great destinations.
