It offers an open & sunny floor plan, The entire unit has central air and was just completely renovated with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, wine cooler, Smart TV, Wii and washer and dryer.

The condo has central air and sleeps 4 comfortably with the option for more guests on a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The first floor bedroom has two twin beds, large closet with a built in dresser. A full bathroom with a tub is across the hall. The second floor offers a master bedroom with a queen bed & a large bath with walk-in shower and motorized skylight.

The master bedroom has a full closet with sliding mirrored doors, dresser, and 3 windows with room darkening shades for an afternoon nap or the option to sleep late. The living room has a 55'' Smart TV with cable access, large overhead skylight and a ceiling fan for the cooler evenings. The kitchen has ample storage for all the necessary cooking equipment which is provided for preparing a great family meal. There are 2 bar stools for having a snack and a kitchen table with 4 chairs for seated dining. Two sliding glass doors on the first floor lead you to a private brick patio with a propane grill and lounge chairs for all your summer cookouts. There is a side yard that can be used for an outdoor play area.

The location offers plenty of things to do! Just a quick 5-minute drive to the family friendly Popponesset Marketplace, home of the world-famous Raw Bar, as well as shops, mini-golf, bike rentals and a general family store. Conveniently located just 8-10 minutes away to Mashpee Commons which has everything you need from groceries to restaurants to movies and bowling.

To enjoy the beach, South Cape beach is less than 2 miles away or a Town of Mashpee pass is available upon request for an additional fee of $50 a week.

All linens and towels are provided, as well as a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, coffee, paper towels, cooking utensils, etc.).

No pets, please. Five-night minimum stay.
