This pristine townhouse is centrally located in Trevor Village within the Ocean Edge Resort and it is a short walk to the Fletcher pools, tennis & basketball courts. This recently updated condo features central AC, stainless steel appliances, private patio with eating and grilling area.

The first floor includes a half bath, a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, and the living room which offers 2 comfortable sofas and large screen TV. Sliders off the living room lead to the private patio furnished for outdoor dining with a table and chairs and gas grill. A straight staircase (not spiral) leads to the second floor where both spacious bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. A full bathroom and the washer/dryer are also located on the second floor.
Saturday to Saturday only. Tenants are NOT allowed to bring pets. Smoking is NOT permitted. Linens are not provided. Pool passes can be purchased separately and are NOT included. $250.00 security deposit required.

This condo is on floors 1-2 of 2.

    Everything about this condo is lovely. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated with an awesome kitchen. My family and I have stayed there numerous times. It has everything you need and Patty is a great host!

    Beautiful Vacation Spot

    We really enjoyed our time at Ocean Edge and this home was perfect for us. Very clean and beautifully decorated inside. Comfortable beds and lots of space in each bedroom. Kitchen is very wide open and modern. Nice of the owners to supply extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish and washing machine detergent if you need it.

    Our family has visited and stayed in the town of Brewster for over 25 years! We came to Brewster many years ago as renters and now we enjoy being homeowners at the Ocean Edge Resort!

    What is special about this property?
    What we love the most about this location are the amenities at Ocean Edge Resort and the location of this condo within the resort. Its central location gives you great access to many different activities. It is a quick walk to the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and the golf course. There is no need to load the bikes onto the car to go bike riding. You can access the bike path within the Ocean Edge Resort near the guardhouse at the front entrance on Rte. 6A.

    What is special about your town?
    Our favorite nearby beaches include the Crosby Landing Beach, Nauset Beach in Orleans and the Coast Guard Beach in Wellfleet, which is part of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Some of our favorite restaurant's include Mahoney's and Land Ho in Orleans, the 400 East Restaurant in East Harwich and the Brewster Fish House on 6A in Brewster. Three of our new favorite breakfast and lunch spots are Grumpy's in East Dennis on 6A, Hole in One in Orleans and Hangar B in Chatham. Desserts, pastries and the best coffee are available at the Hot Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans!
