This cheerfully decorated Billington Village townhouse is ideal for the family get-away and features Pergo flooring in the dining and living room areas. Both bedrooms are located upstairs; accessed by a straight staircase. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, AC, ceiling fan, and a TV with DVD player. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a ceiling fan. Also upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom and the washer/dryer. On the main floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a dining area that accommodates 6 people, and a half bath, as well as the living room with a TV with DVD player, AC, and a sleep sofa.  Sliders in the living room lead to the patio; furnished with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining set.  Additional amenities include WIFI Internet access. For the Ocean Edge connoisseur, this is a C-style unit with a straight staircase and 2 A/C wall systems, pool passes are available for additional fees.

For the 2021/22 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.

*Pool Passes are Not Included and must be Purchased separately During Your Stay. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
