This spacious and sunny patio style home in Allerton Village is among the largest of its kind with 1,346 square feet. It features Central A/C and a more private location in the secluded cul-de-sac of Allerton Lane. There are two bedrooms on the main floor plus an open loft for with 2 twins for additional sleeping space.  The first floor includes the primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV and private bath.

The 2nd bedroom is also on the first floor with a trundle that opens to two twins. Up the spiral staircase is the open loft where you will find two additional twins. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave.  The dining area has seating for 6. The living room has a TV w/DVD player and a ceiling fan. Additional amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI Internet.

This property allows you to purchase pool passes*.
For the 2022 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.

*Pool Passes are Not Included and must be Purchased separately During Your Stay. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
