This bright and charming home is in an ideal location within walking distance (down a dirt road) to beautiful Rock Harbor and beach. Watch the fishing boats and charters as they come and go, and, when the tide is low, you can walk out on the “flats” for hundreds of yards.

The home has been recently renovated and features hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen with new cabinets, dishes, and appliances. There are four bedrooms, two on the main floor, and two on the lower level, with a door leading outside. Outside, there is a large deck and a new gas grill and shower.

Set on ¾ acres, the home offers privacy yet is convenient to all of the stares and attractions in Orleans, including the ever popular Chocolate Sparrow, many restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer’s market on Saturday, and Cape Cod Baseball League games at Nauset Middle School.

Also within a short drive are Skaket Beach, a great bay beach especially for kids, and the well known Nauset Beach, which is part of the National Seashore.

You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets at Rock Harbor. When the sun dips below the horizon, the onlookers often burst into applause.

    Pleasantly surprised by house

    Arrived to find the house immaculately cleaned. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs accommodated our family nicely. The grill on deck was convenient and easy to use. Best part, the six bicycles available at property were great bikes! We loved it here! Mike responded to all questions quickly.
    Bonus: end of week we saw a family of fox playing on perimeter of property.

    The house was built in 1974. My folks had it built to their liking. I remember having to paint windows. At that time my two sisters helped. The location is very relaxing. The view of the marsh is always changing. Lots of wildlife to watch. The location is very nice, close to everything. I am 62 years old and will retire here some day, but for now it should be enjoyed by all who come.

    The area is very quiet and peaceful.You will enjoy staying here. The tide comes right up to the back yard.
