This property is all you need when visiting the cape. Judy was extremely friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, my fiancé pointed out the dog gate for the deck was broken. I texted Judy and she ordered a new one that night! The fact that the dogs could come with us at no additional charge was an added perk. House was quiet as it is set back from the main road a good distance. Depending on time of year, it can be very buggy and get a lot of pollen, but that of course is out of her control. We requested that she spray for mosquitoes prior to our arrival which definitely helped.

Judy's place is an incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-stocked home in Orleans. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, our extended family of 6 adults had plenty of room to relax. And most importantly, Judy welcomes dogs -- Bobby loved lounging in the sun on the deck! The mini-split A/C worked great, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Beds are comfortable. No need to pack linens/bath towels with you. Just bring your own beach towels. The house is centrally located between bay (Skaket) and ocean-side (Nauset) beaches. Judy is the most responsive host that I have ever rented from -- she was so quick to set up a laundry line that I requested in the back yard to hang our beach towels. Overall, we had a great week on the Cape, and will definitely return to Judy's home again!

The home was as described. The location was perfect to visit nearby beaches with our two toddlers. We really appreciated the fact we could bring our two dogs. Judy was a gracious host.

Loved staying at this beautiful home. Very well maintained and private home with all the amenities. Judy was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Home was more than large enough for our family of 5 with 3 adult children. Only a short drive to Nauset Beach (our favorite) and really close to downtown Orleans and Route 6 so getting around the Cape was very easy. Baker's Pond just a short walk from the house too. Would stay again for sure!

Such a beautiful house .our family of 5 was very comfortable. Judy was always there if we needed anything. Kitchen is modernized and well equipped.Beds were so comfortable. This is our 2nd year renting and hope for many more in the future.

This listing is all it promises to be. The setting, with woods, lawns, garden & deck is private and relaxing for adults, can accommodate families with children and/or dogs as well. The house is comfortable and well-supplied, great for a multi-generational family or two families vacationing together. There are two master bedrooms with adjacent baths (up and downstairs) and the twin bedroom, bunk room are both great for kids. Rare on the Cape, the mini split AC units are newer and very efficient, keeping everyone comfortable on the humid, "dog days" of summer. And the house is both tucked away and well-located for easy access to Route 6, a quick run into town, East Orleans & Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach & Rock Harbor on the Bay or Nickerson State Park & the lovely town of Brewster just beyond - the best of both worlds. What makes it all even better is that Judy, the host is quite lovely to interact with and is both caring and well-informed in ways that will ensure your comfort and enrich your stay on the lower Cape but will not intrude on your privacy or time in any way.

We've been renting in Orleans over the course of 20 years and spending 2 weeks at Judy's beautiful home was the best of the best! Absolutely amazing. The house is bright, clean, well-stocked and incredibly comfortable. Like we were at our own home but at the Cape! The location is great, and you couldn't ask for more privacy, yet convenient to all. Judy, the owner and host, is terrific and goes over and above to make sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they could possibly need. You are talking directly to the owner. Judy is always available to take care of anything you may need. I highly recommend enjoying your time at the Cape at Judy's home.

Judy and the property she rented to us were both outstanding. Judy was gracious and accommodated all of our special needs. The house was quite comfortable, quiet, clean, and enjoyable. My wife and I along with my sister-in-law and mother-in-law stayed here for a week along with our dog! Judy and the house/property were absolutely amazing! She was very accommodating and more than welcome to have our dog join us, even at the last minute! Our dog enjoyed his first vacation and experience on the Cape! The vibe and decor of the house were very cute and beach themed! The back porch with the BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor furniture, and classy lights totally completed the experience and the house is conveniently located right off the highway and centrally located between Orleans and Brewster! We are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Let me start by saying that Judy was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The home is just wonderful. It has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is huge, and it has a walk-in pantry. So many other properties barely have cabinet space for your food. Judy provides bed linens and towels for bathing. The deck is lovely and perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine. The beds were very comfortable and everyone in our group slept very well. If she had a hot tub, it would be perfection. It is only a short drive to Skaket Bay Beach which is perfect for watching the sunset. The grocery store, drug store and a Staples are just a few blocks away, Restaurants are very close, and I would highly recommend La Bella Vita. Judy has games, cards, and puzzles at the house for rainy days and I believe each bedroom has a television. Her prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the home and all the amenities she provides. We will definitely be returning for another stay.

Luckily we were able to stay at Judy's home due to a last minute cancellation, and so glad we did! The house is immaculate, bright, updated, and well decorated. Everything is in perfect working order. The location is great also, off 6A and so close to 6. Near beaches and downtown Orleans. The exterior is very well kept and has a nice backyard for kids and / or pets. The deck was our favorite, so quiet and relaxing and pretty at night with the lights and fire pit.
Judy checked- in via text during our stay to see if we needed anything. We did not and were quite happy there! It's obvious she takes pride in ownership and wants her guests to be comfortable.
We wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again in the future. Thanks Judy!

We really enjoyed our stay in this well kept, updated, clean and beautiful house. It is very spacious, modern and has an open floor plan. It has a first floor bedroom and bathroom, making it easy for one with limited mobility to get around in. The yard is private and has a beautiful deck. The location was excellent, close to beaches, restaurants and a grocery store. Judy is an amazing hostess, making sure that we had everything that we needed.She is very responsive and reachable. The house comes with conveniences like zip loc bags, cooking oils, laundry detergent, bedding and towels.

A great location for a family vacation on the Cape. Judy was very attentive, responsive and very helpful throughout our two-week stay here. The house was perfect for accommodating our family, including young children, and of course our fur-baby! The location is wonderful and no need to worry about little ones playing and main roads. A great backyard with big deck, and the gas fireplace was a treat. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we look forward to returning next year. Thanks Judy for opening your home to us!

Our family of 5 loved spending a week at this Cape house and our dog did too. Judy was such a supportive host and was very responsive. The house had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking, outside shower, kitchen supplies. We loved the proximity to trails and kettle ponds and it is even near to larger ponds at Nickerson State Park. This home is a gem with its lovely deck and outside fireplace, as well as being quiet and peaceful with no road noise. It is close to shopping and cafes, bike trails, and everything wonderful the Cape has to offer. We will definitely come back again for a trip to the Cape. The house was clean and well maintained, and newly renovated, and we loved our visit. Thank you!

We have stayed yearly in the Cape at a variety of houses. This is an incredible house in a great location just off of 6 but still in a quiet wooded setting. Having four big bedrooms was a plus, along with very comfortable mattresses, a really well stocked kitchen (even spices!) and a lovely outdoor space. Two bathrooms plus the outdoor shower meant everyone could rinse off at the same time. The owner was lovely and accommodating and very very responsive. Highly recommend. We will come back.

We arrived on July 15th, walked in to a beautiful home. Kitchen had a beautiful island to prepare food and still enough room for the kids to sit on the stools for snacks. The bedrooms all had a large closet able to hang up some clothes and put our suitcases in. They all had dressers to fit all our clothes comfortably and a tv in each room. Every room had air conditioning which came in handy with the hot weather. The deck was huge with a fire pit and the grill worked fantastic.. Judy reached out to me to assure we had all amenities we needed. Home was a great location for beaches, restaurants, ice cream and miniature golf. Pond down the street was for awesome for fishing.. The outdoor shower was awesome for rinsing off all the salt and sand after spending day at beach. Best Vacation Ever!!! Thank you Judy..

The house is in excellent condition and a perfect size for our 6 adults and 3 grand children. The large quiet yard was especially good being well away from the road. There was no worry for the kids or the dog to go near the road
The location is perfect in that it is in a quiet location but a very short drive to the bay side beaches, ocean side beaches, grocery store, restaurant, etc.
We had a great stay.

We had a very nice stay in October 22. We had ample room for 5 adults and 1 toddler. There was lots of charm and space for people to be alone and to be together. The house was nicely decorated and clean. It's tucked backed from the road a bit which gave a nice amount of privacy. We were close to both Skatet and Nauset beaches which our dog was also able to enjoy at that time of the year. Great location for many restaurants, parks and the rail trail. Thanks Judy!

Do yourself a favor and stay at this lovely home for your next trip to the Cape. Plenty of space, clean, well-maintained, private. Great kitchen and dining area for family dinners, and a beautiful deck to enjoy the birds with your coffee in the morning or wine by the fireplace in the evening. Washer and dryer, AC in all the rooms. Really a beautiful, comfy home base for your vacation. Thank you, Judy--I hope to visit again soon!

Our family of 5- and our dog- stayed in this lovely home! Great bonus to have our dog with us! Home is very clean, central to many great beaches and locations on the Cape! Owner was very accessible and responsive. Pond and walking trails nearby. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this rental! We stayed 1 week in this lovely home with its beautiful gardens and private setting! The house was immaculate, and our family and dog were very comfortable. The homeowner, Judy, was super welcoming and very easy to work with. She also checked back with us to make sure everything was going well, and that we had everything we needed. Our family of 8 plus 2 dogs rented this home July 1 - July 30, 2022.
It could not have been a more perfect stay!

Judy is the most accommodating hostess we have ever had. She is kind and generous, responds instantly, and always goes above and beyond. For example, without comment from us, she brought over a gate for the porch and a long leash for our pups. We were the very first rental, and if I made the slightest suggestion, she would address it immediately and without question. She even had a whole house water filter installed! It was by far the most exceptional service we have ever had!

Judy's home is in perfect condition. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was brand new. The bedding and furniture were all spotless. The deck and yard are awesome as is the outdoor shower. Many of us work from home, and the wifi was excellent.

The house enjoys a lot of privacy with its long driveway, and we never once heard the neighbors or any traffic (there is a local rooster who we would hear periodically, but it seemed he thought sunrise was closer to 10 am :) Every morning we walked up the street to the conservation area where we would enjoy a walk in the woods and around the pond. The dogs enjoyed also their morning swims there.
