We're both born-and-raised Bostonians who grew up spending long summer days on the beaches of Cape Cod — sandy feet, salty air, bike rides to get ice cream, and that unmistakable feeling that summer would last forever. Those memories shaped so much of our childhood, and when we became parents, we knew we wanted our own girls to grow up with that same Cape magic.
Endless Summer Orleans is our way of holding onto that feeling year-round. We created this home as a place where our family can slow down, gather around the table after a beach day, walk to town for dinner, watch hydrangeas bloom in July, and enjoy quiet, cozy weekends in the off-season. It's a home filled with intention — designed for comfort, connection, and making memories in every season.
We feel incredibly grateful to share it with other families. Whether you're here for long summer days at Nauset, fall bike rides on the Rail Trail, or a peaceful winter reset by the sea, we hope Endless Summer becomes part of your family's story too.

Endless Summer Orleans is our family's year-round Cape escape, designed to share everything we love about life on Cape Cod. Tucked into a welcoming neighborhood of seasonal and full-time residents, it offers a peaceful, quintessential Cape feel where kids ride bikes and evenings slow down.

The spacious yard is a favorite — featuring a large back deck, classic outdoor shower, firepit, and plenty of room to gather and play. We've stocked the home with beach chairs, toys, bikes, kayaks, and all the essentials so you can pack light.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, games and puzzles for rainy days, Alexa devices, and window AC units in every bedroom for comfort.

We created this home for sandy toes, salty hair, and lasting memories — and hope it becomes part of your family's story too.

We're just 7 minutes from downtown Orleans and 8 minutes from picturesque Main Street Chatham — two vibrant centers filled with unique shops, art galleries, and local restaurants, each with its own distinct character.

Beach lovers have wonderful options: Pleasant Bay Beach is just 0.6 miles away, while Jackknife, Skaket, and Nauset Beach are only a short drive. Whether you prefer calm bay waters or Atlantic waves, you'll find your perfect spot.

Golfers can tee off at The National just 3 minutes away, with many other courses nearby. Orleans also offers easy access to Harwich Port, Dennis, Eastham, and Provincetown. Take the fast ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, visit a winery or brewery, book a seal tour, or kayak at Crystal Lake.
