Adjacent to this you will find a dining room with seating for 6. Across the hall is a lovely sitting room followed by a family room with 50" TV and a sleeper sofa. A full bath with a tub is also on this level. Climb the stairs to find two additional bedrooms (one with a full, one with two twin beds) and a full bathroom with a tub. Conveniently located just moments to the dining and shopping of downtown Orleans and feet to the busy fishing fleet and beach at Rock Harbor, this home has all the makings for your next Cape Cod retreat! There is driveway parking for 4 cars. 3 night minimums are available with an added $225 cleaning fee. Save on the cleaning fee by booking 7 consecutive nights or more. Be sure to enjoy the brand new outdoor shower, new in 2024! An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
