The house has "ductless" a/c units throughout the house which keeps the house comfortable in any weather. It’s convenient to shopping, the Bike Trail, Rock Harbor, Nauset Beach and more.

With five bedrooms and two baths, it sleeps up to 10 comfortably. The main level offers a spacious living area, kitchen, a full bath with bathtub and 3 bedrooms: a full size bed in one room and twin beds in the other two bedrooms. A deck accessed from the living area is great for relaxing or dining alfresco.

The lower level of the property has the two remaining bedrooms each with two twin sized beds, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious sitting room with a TV.

Linens and bath towels included.
